Applies offline

The author replaces their message's text; the last edit wins and the message shows as edited. Mentions are worked out again. Rigel can edit only Rigel's messages, and a member only their own. Edits don't notify anyone. Errors: message_not_found, not_author, message_deleted, not_editable (the line left where messages were moved out), empty_message (no text left and nothing attached).

`body`stringrequired	The message text, as written, up to 8,000 characters. Mention someone with @ and their name (@Ada) or Rigel with @Rigel; use a custom emoji with :name:. May be empty when the message has attachments or a sticker. at most 8,000 characters
`format`one of: markdown, plainoptional	Change the format too; left out, the format stays.

Response#

200 The command was applied.

Errors#

Every error has the same envelope: error.code, error.message, error.details, error.recovery and error.request_id.

`400`	`validation_failed`	A field is missing, misspelled or out of range. details.fields lists each problem.
`401`	`unauthenticated`	The request has no valid session.
`404`	`message_not_found`	The message doesn't exist in this household. A message that isn't there.
`404`	`not_found`	The household doesn't exist, or you aren't a member of it.
`409`	`not_author`	Someone else's message. A person can't edit Rigel's message.
`409`	`message_deleted`	A deleted message.
`409`	`not_editable`	The line left where messages were moved out.
`409`	`empty_message`	No text left and nothing attached.
`409`	`no_person`	A signed-in account that isn't a person in the family.
`409`	`idempotency_key_reused`	The Idempotency-Key was already used for a different command.

These are real. Each scenario is one of the command's test cases, run on a household when this site was built, and the response is what the API returned.
