Adds a dish such as "chicken quesadilla". If a dish with that name already exists (ignoring upper and lower case) it is returned with created false, so check meals.dish.search first and reuse dishes; the only change is that when recipe_id is given and the existing dish has no recipe, it is linked to it (an existing dish with a different recipe is left alone). recipe_id makes the dish buy that recipe's ingredients, scaled to the people eating; fails with recipe_not_found if there is no such recipe. meals.meal.plan also creates dishes by name or by recipe, so this is only needed to add a dish without planning it.

`recipe_id`stringoptional	The recipe the dish is made from (`recipes.recipe.search` finds one). A dish with a recipe buys the recipe's ingredients, scaled to the people eating, and has no ingredients of its own.
`is_away`booleanoptional	True for a dish eaten away from home ("school pizza", "dinner out"), which needs no groceries.

Response#

200 The command was applied.

Errors#

Every error has the same envelope: error.code, error.message, error.details, error.recovery and error.request_id.

`400`	`validation_failed`	A field is missing, misspelled or out of range. details.fields lists each problem.
`401`	`unauthenticated`	The request has no valid session.
`404`	`recipe_not_found`	A recipe that isn't there. An unknown recipe fails even when the dish exists.
`404`	`not_found`	The household doesn't exist, or you aren't a member of it.
`409`	`idempotency_key_reused`	The Idempotency-Key was already used for a different command.
