Record what was done with an email

email.message.record_handling

POST/api/v1/households/{household_id}/commands/email.message.record_handling

  • Command
  • Rigel runs it
  • Waits for the server

Rigel records what it made of an email: its state, a one or two sentence summary for the routing slip, the actions it took, and whether a person has to do something. Replaces the earlier summary, state and needs-attention flag, and adds the actions to the ones already recorded. When needs_attention is true, the person who forwarded the email is notified (everyone who signs in, if nobody forwarded it). When the state is suspicious and a member forwarded it, that member is warned. Fails with message_not_found.

For Rigel#

Rigel's tool for this command is email_message_record_handling. Rigel runs this on its own, then says what it did. The agent guide has the rest.

Rigel is in early access, and sign-up is by invitation. Open Rigel
